Functional Training at Goodlife

Functional training exercises are unique in that they use multiple joints and muscles at the same time.

This can be done through HIIT-style (high-intensity interval training) workouts or as working sets in an array of movement patterns.   

Why not give one of our Abs, Butts, Thighs or Basic training circuit classes a go, there’s nothing more motivating than training with a group of like-minded people!
