Your guest pass must be redeemed within 7 days from the day this pass is issued. Your guest pass is valid for 5 consecutive days commencing and including the date the pass is redeemed at your nominated Goodlife club.

Valid for first time visitors and local residents 16 years and older only.
Photo ID is required for entry.
Only 1 guest pass can be used per person.

Personal training in a small group format. These sessions run on the gym floor, led by a qualified Personal Trainer.

You can trial Small Group Training using a 5-day guest pass. However, if you wish to continue at the end of your trial you will need to sign up for a membership.

This depends on the group. When you book a Small Group Training trial with your local Personal Training Manager, they will recommend a trainer and group that best suits your interests and abilities.
