Jack Castles

Jack is a dedicated personal trainer. He believes that resistance training should be a part of everyone’s life, but also thinks there is more to health and fitness than what you do in a gym. He is most interested in a bodybuilding style of training, but appreciates all training methods. He has previously worked in construction, so understands the physical demands and requirements of day‐to‐day life in a labour intensive environment. Jack believes in the motto: “Keep it simple. Keep it fun. Get results!”
