For her clients, Alicia focuses on tailoring strength training programs to help them achieve their desired goals. She understands the importance of a personalized approach to fitness and her aim is to empower her clients to achieve physical results and boost their mental and emotional well-being through their fitness journey. Alicia is currently pursuing a food science and nutrition bachelors and firmly believes that with the right guidance, dedication and positivity, anyone can attain their health and fitness goals.
