Accessing the app

How do I download the Goodlife App?

The Goodlife App is available to download on Google Play and the App Store. You can find and download the App by using the links below:

Make sure to set up your login on the Goodlife Member Portal first. By completing this step, you can simply log in and start using the Goodlife App straight away after downloading.  

What is the Goodlife Member Portal?

The Goodlife Member Portal is an online platform where members can access exclusive content to inspire them on their fitness journey.  

How do I log in to the Goodlife Member Portal?

If this is the first time you are logging into the member portal, then follow these steps:  

  1. Go to the member portal login page

  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link to set up your password.  

  3. Sign into the Goodlife Member Portal using your email address and the password you created.

What’s my username?

Your username is the email address you used when you joined Goodlife. If you need to check your email address or update it, please contact us.

How do I log in to the Goodlife App?

You can access the Goodlife App with your member portal username and password. You will need to have access to this portal before you can log in to the App. If you have not logged into the portal before then follow these steps:  

  1. Go to the member portal login page

  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link to set up your password.  

  3. Download the Goodlife App.  

  4. Sign into the app using your email address and the password you created.

How do I reset my password?

On the Member Portal login page, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and submit your email address. If there’s an account with your email address, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up a new password.  

The link in the password reset email has expired

You can resend the password reset email by requesting a new password on the Member Portal login page. Once you receive the email, you will have 60 minutes to reset your password.  

I didn’t receive a password reset email

Please check your spam/junk/promotions or other email folders for a password reset email from Goodlife. If you still can’t see the email in your inbox, please contact us so we can help.  

I see an “account issue” error

This might happen if something has changed on your account. If the message is still appearing after a 24 hour period, please contact us.  

How do I unlock my account?

Too many unsuccessful login attempts (via the Goodlife App or member portal) will cause your account to lock. 

To unlock your account follow the below instructions: 

  1. Visit the login page

  2. Click the 'Unlock account' link and follow the directions to unlock your account.  

Once your account is unlocked, you will be able to reset your password as normal and login to the Goodlife App.
