What is an Intro PT Pack?

For just $39 you’ll get 2 introductory personal training sessions. These sessions are designed for the trainer to get to know you and for you to get a better understanding of how PT sessions work.   

The trainer will ask about your exercise and injury history and will use that information to create a fitness program that suits your goals.
