How do I become a member? 

If you would like more information about membership options, visit our membership page for details.

Once you are ready, you can join us online. Alternatively, you can join us by contacting your local club. 

I wish to freeze my membership

Time Freeze is available up to a maximum of 4 weeks each calendar year at a cost of $5 per week. If you are within minimum term, Time Freeze is not classified as a full payment toward your minimum agreement period.

You can freeze your membership on our Member App (Download on App Store or Play Store).

To create an account for the first time, click 'Setup account’ and follow the prompts.

I wish to cancel my membership

To cancel your membership, please contact your club on 1300 393 733. Our friendly team will talk through your membership details and discuss all suitable options. 

I have a billing enquiry 

If you wish to make a payment over the phone or discuss an overdue account, please call our billing provider, Debit Success, on 1800 681 827 or submit a Payments and Billing Enquiry here.
