LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic ballet training.

What to expect

A 45-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, and build core strength. Beginning with a warm-up followed by a sequence of cardio-esque training, building to a cardio peak, then move into ballet strength, using light weights, and finishing off with targeted balletic conditioning to complete the class
