1 small ruby grapefruit
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ avocado, thinly sliced
100g thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 tbs picked dill leaves
Salt and pepper
Cut half the grapefruit into segments and juice the remainder
Toss segments and juice with spinach and oil.
Top with avocado, salmon and dill leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
