Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

1/4 cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup natural peanut butter

3/4 cup rolled oats

150g Medjool dates, roughly chopped

1/4 cup desiccated coconut


Method

1. Blend all ingredients, except desiccated coconut, until combined.

2. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
